  A professional pet sitter visits with you first to  

  discuss important details, record emergency

  information and contact numbers and find out how

  you want things done.  I do an in-home visit to

  meetthe family (pets & humans) so everyone can  

  be comfortable that I'm the right person for your

  pet care.

  If you haven't done so already, it's a good idea to

  put a credit card on file with your veterinarian for

  emergency visits when you are gone. This way

  there won't be any surcharges on your pet sitting 

  invoice because your pet sitter had to pay the vet.
